Registrierung vor Ort

Auf der Infotafel hängt eine Teilnehmerliste
 alpabetisch nach Nachnahme sortiert.  

1. suche deinen Namen auf dieser Liste und notiere
   dir die  Startnummer  
Deine Startnummmer und Registrierungsnummer findest
du auch in der  Liste der Teilnehmer (bezahlt) 

Bitte prüfe deine Daten und informiere mich wenn sie nicht
korrekt sind organisation@wch-2018-austria.org

2. gehe zum Registrierungsbüro und nenne dort deine
   Startnummer.  

3. du erhältst dann deine Regitrierungsunterlagen.
    - Registrierungskarte
    ( muss immer mitgeführt werden!)
    - Startnummer
     ( ist sichtbar auf dem Pacour zu
      tragen!)
    -  HDH-IAA  Lizenzkarte

 

Änderungen / Korrekturen  der Teilnehmerdaten
(nur bis 1.8.2018 )  / Abmeldung

Das Startgeld muß bis zum 18.8.2018 auf das WCH 2018 Konto eingegangen sein.

HDH-IAA Lizenzen müssen vor der WM 2018 beantragt werden und ist  ab dem 9.4.2018 nur noch direkt bei der HDH-IAA möglich. 
Vorgehensweise: 1. Mail an  EMAIL mit Angabe von
Name, Land, Email, Geburtsdatum
2. Tip: Ausdruck der Mail ( mit zum Turnier bringen)
3. Die Lizenz wird dann von der HDH-IAA vor Ort bei der WM ausgegeben und muß auch dort bezahlt werden.
Stellt die HDH-IAA Lizenzanträge umgehend

 Wir haben einige Anfragen und zusätzliche Informationen für die Registrierung:
Füllt bitte alle Felder des Registrierungsformular aus.

Beachtet bitte das Vor - und Nachname nicht vertauscht sind, die Bogenklasse usw. angegeben wird.

Nach eurer Anmeldung wird die Bestätigungs-E-Mail an die
angegeben E-Mail-Adresse gesendet. Bitte bestätigt die Anmeldung mit dem Link in der E-Mail.

Wenn  die Bestätigungs-E-Mail nicht eingeht dann überprüft  den Spam- Ordner. Wenn auch nach ca. 1 Stunde keine Bestätigungsmail angekommen ist, lasst es mich wissen.
Sendet mir dann eure Daten, entsprechend dem Anmelderformular, an: registration@wch-2018-austria.org
 Falls bei eurer Registrierung Änderungen, Korrekturen oder Stornierungen erforderlich sind, sendet mir dann bitte auch eine Mail an registration@wch-2018-austria.org

Bei der Zahlung unbedingt die Registrierungsnr angeben!

There is a list of Participants on the Information board is sorted alphabetically by last name.

1. search your Name on this List, remember
   your start number
Your Startnumber und Registrationnumber can also 
be found in the   List of all participants (paid)  

Please check your data and inform me if they are not correct

2. go to the registration office and call there 
    your start number.

3. you will receive your registration - documents.
     - Registration card 
       (must always be carried become!)
     - Start number
      (Must always be worn visibly on the Pacour )
     - HDH-IAA license card

 

 

Changes / corrections  the Participate data
  (only until 1.8.2018) /  cancel your registration

The entry fee has to be paid in until 18.8.2018

Without a valid HDH-IAA license, participation is not possible.
Make a license application:
HDH-IAA licenses must be applied for before the 2018 World Cup.
Locally, the nicth is possible!
Method:
1. Mail to info@hdhiaa.net with details of
Name, country, email, date of birth
2nd Tip: Print out the mail (bring it to the tournament)
3. The license will then be issued by the HDH-IAA on site at the World Cup and must also be paid there.

We have some requests and additional information for registering:

  • If you fill a new registration please use the “First Name” section for your given name (forename, vorname, förnamn, fornavn, keresztnév, krstné meno, ime, etc…) and the “Last Name” section please use for your family name (surename, nachname, familienname, efternamn, efternavn, családnév, priezvisko, prezime, etc…)
    Please fill every further section for complete registration!
  • After your registation will arrive the confirmation e-mail to your mail address. Please confirm your registration with the link in the email. If you not found the confirmation email in your inbox, first time please check the “spam” folder. Please let it patiente, maybe will arrive 1 huor after the registration. If not arrived later, please let me know, write to us with your name and the time of registration, we will activate your reg. Our address: registration@wch-2018-austria.org
    If any modification, correction or cancellation needed in your registration, please send your request by email to address as above.
  • When you transfer the registration fee, please use your or yours registration numer in the note of transfer.
  • After arriving the fee to our account, we will finalize your registration soon
